At JH Trading, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. You can return any item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact our customer service team, and we'll guide you through the process.

Return & Exchange Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you request a refund, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. If you request an exchange, we'll ship the new item to you as soon as we receive the returned item.
